Why is the word PREVIEW on my photos?
The PREVIEW watermark is on all photos for a project when the project still has an unpaid balance. Once paid in full, the watermark will automatically disappear. However, if you have already downloaded your photos, you will have to download them again.
What if it is raining at the time of my photoshoot?
Precipitation outside generally does not have any effect on the interior photos of your listing. Rain or snow can hinder exterior photos. If we are unable to successfully photograph the exterior of your listing we can schedule a time to come back for an additional fee. Otherwise, the photoshoot can be rescheduled in its entirety at a later time.
What areas do you service?
Our primary service area includes the following counties in Virginia: Spotsylvania, King George, Stafford, Prince William, Fairfax, Arlington, and Loudoun. We also cover the District of Columbia and other areas not included above by special request. An additional fee may be charged for special requests.
How long have you been in business?
We began operating in January of 2016.
Do you provide a discount if I just have a small condo or apartment under 1000 sqft?
Discounts are not available for smaller listings. Our based pricing is for all listings under 3000 sqft.
How long does it take to get my photos?
Photos are delivered the next day and in most cases, they are available for download by 10 am.
Do you offer 2D schematic floor plans?
Yes, we do offer 2D schematic floor plans. They can be added as an additional service when you have also ordered a Matterport 3D Tour.
